Forget the quick fixes! FitnessWorks Balham is taking a more sustainable approach to getting stronger and in better shape this summer 💪
Starting 1st June, FitnessWorks Balham will be launching another of their extremely popular 8-week programme, designed to help members build strength, confidence, and healthier long-term habits, without the crash diets or extreme training plans often pushed this time of year.
The programme combines Small Group Personal Training, nutrition coaching, and structured accountability in a premium coaching environment.
Will tells us more about the programme:
What the 8-week programme DOES NOT do:
❌ Put you on a miserable, highly restrictive plan.
❌ Run you into the ground with random, exhausting workouts.
❌ Sell you short-term fads that leave you right back where you started by September.
What the 8-week programme ACTUALLY does:
✅ Focuses on physiology: a science-backed approach that works with your hormones, stress levels and physiology, rather than against them.
✅ Teaches real nutrition: no guesswork and no skipping meals. You get evidence-based nutrition coaching so you learn how to properly fuel your body and still enjoy your summer.
✅ Builds long-lasting habits: a system engineered to keep working long after the 8 weeks are over.
✅ Builds real confidence: through structured, outcome-driven strength training in a premium environment.
✅ Creates community: their Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) model means you get expert programming with the accountability of a supportive group.
The programme runs through to the end of July, with limited spaces available.
