The McDonald's on Balham High Road will stay open 24/7 as licence changes are approved, reports MyLondon.
"The fast food restaurant aims to create new jobs, improve conditions for staff and serve shift workers by operating 24/7.
"Wandsworth Council approved the plans after a licensing hearing on March 24, in response to branch owner Inspire Restaurants Ltd applying for the changes.
"The branch previously had permission to stay open until 2am from Sunday to Thursday and 3am on Fridays and Saturdays, but the changes mean it can now operate 24/7.
"The committee's report said: "There had been no known problems with behaviour at the premises and there had been no representations from responsible authorities. It was therefore agreed that the application should be approved."

A new eatery, Taste of Colombian Delights has opened at 92A Balham High Road in the Post Market Balham. Owner Angelica Ruiz tells us more:
"Taste of Colombian Delights was born with the mission of bringing the authentic flavours of Colombia to the United Kingdom. As a Colombian entrepreneur based in London, I wanted to share the traditional recipes and typical foods that are part of our culture and our family gatherings. The idea came from missing the food from my country as a migrant, combined with our passion for Colombian gastronomy and the desire to create a bridge between cultures through food.
"We specialise in traditional Colombian products such as pandebonos, empanadas, cheese fingers, patacones, chorizo, chicharrΓ³n, lechona, and other ready-to-cook or frozen foods that allow people to enjoy authentic flavours at home."
"Our products are made following traditional recipes and using high-quality ingredients, celebrating the richness of Colombian culinary heritage."
For more info, or to order, visit their website.
Taste of Colombian Delights delivers across London and through the UK.
Grow Harvest Gather is a community in SW London that brings people together to grow, share, and exchange homegrown food.
Based in Wandsworth, the initiative encourages neighbours to try growing their own produce, whether thatβs to swap, sell, or give away, with a focus on reducing food waste and supporting biodiversity. The project also aims to help children better understand where food comes from and appreciate the process of growing it.
Thereβs no minimum requirement to take part; simply having a go at growing something is enough.
Throughout the year, Grow Harvest Gather hosts seasonal events including food swaps, educational talks, fundraisers, and family picnics. For those interested, thereβs also the opportunity to adopt a βbare-rootβ apple tree.
To get involved, fill out the community registration form and free tree application here.
Orchard information session! π The Woodfield Community Orchard will be holding a volunteering info session on Saturday, 11th April from 10:30am - 11:30am.

All are welcome!
The meeting will take place at the Woodfield Pavilion.
Support needed! Meet Tara, who was rescued by RSPCA South London just two weeks ago while heavily pregnant and has since been settling into one of their foster homes.
Last week was meant to be her introduction, but she had other plans and she gave birth to five healthy kittens! πββ¬
Itβs been a big few weeks for her, so for now the focus is on giving Tara the time and space she needs to rest and adjust to life as a new mum. So far, she and her kittens are doing really well, and the team are looking forward to sharing photos once everyone has properly settled.
Taking in pregnant cats and young families is always incredibly rewarding, especially during kitten season, but it does come with significant costs. Each kitten will need vaccinations, neutering, flea and worm treatments, and altogether Taraβs little family is expected to cost around Β£1000 to prepare for rehoming.
As a self-funded branch, the RSPCA South London is supported only by its three charity shops, and adoption fees rarely cover the full cost of care. This means every animal they take in relies on the generosity of supporters to help bridge that gap.
